Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to listing fees paid within the Bana Mboka application, operated by JF Group LLC ("we", "us", "our").

1. What you are paying for

Listing fees are one-time charges to publish a listing in the Bana Mboka app — for example an item for sale, a business promotion, a professional directory entry, a church or community listing, an event announcement, or a luggage shipping offer. The fee for each listing type, and the period the listing remains visible, is shown in the app before you pay and on our pricing page.

2. Delivery of the service

The service is delivered immediately: your listing is published in the app as soon as your payment is successfully processed. It then remains visible for the listing period applicable to its type (from 30 days up to 12 months, or until the day after an event or travel date).

3. Refunds

All listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been published. Because the service is delivered instantly and in full at the moment of publication, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, early removal of a listing by you, or a listing that does not receive the responses you hoped for.

4. Exceptions

We will issue a full refund to your original payment method if:

• you were charged but your listing was never published due to a technical error on our side; or
• you were charged more than once for the same listing.

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us within 14 days of the charge at info@bana-mboka.org with the email address on your account and the date of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or PayPal.

5. Listings removed for violating our rules

If we remove a listing because it violates our Terms of Service (for example prohibited items, fraud, or abusive content), the listing fee is not refunded.

6. Free listings

Roommate ads and give-away listings are free of charge, so no payment or refund applies.
